This company are scammers do not give them any application fee they make you think your the second person in line and it's first come first serve ,well they took my money and my daughter's money and never got a phone call or email explaining why I didn't qualify the woman that works there is very unprofessional there isn't nothing wrong with my credit or my daughter's so basically all they want is your money and you will never here from them scammers,just because I'm on section 8 that doesn't mean they assume I don't have money wr9ng they don't no nothing about me herks

THIS IS A SCAM!!! WENT TO THE PROPERTY AND PUT IN MY CREIDIT CARD INFO ALONG WITH MY ID INFO TO GET ACCESS TO THE LOCK BOX! ONCE OPENED THERE WAS NO KEY! NO ANSWER FROM THE SUGGESTED PROPERTY COMPANY
