I'm sitting in my brand new home recently built by Christensen Homes. I have to say that when I wake up each morning, it truly feels like a dream come true. "Is this what living in a design magazine feels like?" From the first time I met with Jonathan and Susan to the time we moved in, everything about working with them was incredible. Talk about a team that goes above and beyond. Communication was incredible. I always knew what was happening and when it was happening. The contractors they work with are also fantastic. We got to know all of them, and they were just incredible people and took ownership of the care and quality of work they did.

Jonathan and Susan went above and beyond the scope of their work for our house. We asked for the kitchen to be completed months early for a personal project in OUR line of work, and They made it happen. I genuinely don't think any other builder would have done that for us. Anytime an issue arose, Jonathan and Susan were there to take care of us and help us through. However, we didn't have many problems, which speaks to the quality of their work.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home. I'm not sure I will ever have a reason to build another custom home, but I know where I will go if I do.

The build process was smooth, Susan’s design work was incredible, our home has doubled in value. Pricing was transparent and Jonathan got great deals on subcontractors and passed the savings on to us! Several times I have used Christensen homes over the last few years. While being extremely professional they were also very personable, helpful, considerate and the work was always done with exceptional quality and efficiency. I found both Johnathan and Susan very approachable, easy to talk to and ask for help. All I had to do was call and they always answered and responded. I also have been living on the street where they just finished construction on a beautiful home on the corner. We walked through the site many times during the build (my son in law is a home builder from Idaho) not only was it a well maintained clean site the construction was exceptional. Christensen Homes does it right!

Jon and Sue are the best home builders in southern Utah. Our home is out of this world amazing. It is our dream house that could not have been created without them. Their creative and production power is first class. I don’t think they have built a house where the customer doesn’t look at them as family when the project is done. Highly recommended!

I hate the fact that I feel like I need to leave this review. I'm one of the neighbors that Christensen Homes Built next to, unfortunately. These builders have no regards for their neighbors and the mess and damage they inflict on properties around them. We went months with the street covered with Mud, our sidewalks mostly unusable with pipes and mud covering them, nails left all over the road from their subs and when they screwed the concrete up on the home they were building, they decided to sand blast the driveway leaving a half inch of concrete dust all over my home and cars. I've spent thousands of dollars sweeping the streets and paying to have my home and cars cleaned. Having built a few thousand homes in my career its my opinion they are by far, the messiest builders I've seen. I'll also say that from my experience in the past, a messy jobsite almost always translates to poor craftsmanship and quality in the homes that are built. It should go without saying, if you damage or harm property while building a new home, you should take of these issues and make sure things are left as good or better than when you started. This is pure greed and a huge lack of respect for other people and their property.
