We have used GMS for service over the years and have been very happy with their service. They just finished installing a new A/C unit and we could not be more pleased. The workmanship from Chad and Brian is awesome. They came in did the work in a very professional manner and the finished project quickly. Wish I had before pictures. Great job guys, much appreciated.

We had to have an air conditioning unit and boiler on our furnace replaced this year. Gartman Mechanical came out promptly when the a/c went out and gave us a very fair estimate. Fortunately the parts were in, and everything got replaced in a timely fashion. They are also a pleasure to work with-- positive attitude, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. This is a well run company with excellent employees. Additionally, when we had a question regarding the installation of the new boiler, they were very accommodating. We're happy to have found them!

Very friendly, prompt, organized. My hot water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit on Saturday. Gartman responded within an hour. Parts unavailable for 13 year old unit. Called Monday morning at opening. They knew my case and quoted repair or new cost. We elected a new heater and it was installed before noon, can't do better than that. Most highly recommend Gartman. This company has helped us before and always delivers professional quality results.

I have used Gartman several times and they have always sent courteous and helpful service professionals, so when my water heater was leaking, they were the first ones I called. A technician came within the day to look at my water heater while I was working from home. The next thing I knew, another technician was at my house with a big box. They then installed a new water heater without ever even informing me that I would need a new one. Not only that, but the water heater they installed appears bigger than my old one, which I certainly did not ask for. The bill came to $1690 (and was not itemized), which, according to my research, is way more than it should have cost. We will not be using Gartman again and may take my complaint to the BBB.

My 89 year old grandmother had them out to turn off her new heat. The tech turned it off in all the rooms except one bathroom. They charged her $100+ the first time, no problem. The inexcusable thing is charging her another $100+ to come out and finish turning off all the heat. She called to dispute being charged twice for their error and they reduced the second bill to ~$90. Don't trust this company!

GMS went out of there way to make sure my new furnace was installed properly. Penny is very helpful and a big thanks to Jake. It's nice to see honest contractors still exist.
