We’ve been in our new house for 3 months and are very happy. Took about 8 months from signing our contract to closing on the home. Quality of the home was better than we were expecting. Communication from the builder (Joyce) was great. Builder has been very prompt with repairing the few warranty items we needed to get fixed up. Would highly recommend building with Shodeen.

I used to be a contractor for Shodeen Homes and can safely say STAY AWAY! Lowest cost, highest profit margin cookie cutter homes. They don’t care about you, the town or land as long as they make money

They sure seem like a reputable company. They pay attention to details which is something you don't see much anymore. I pay attention to plumbing issues. They always get it right. Good communication with customers and contractors wins everytime. .
