I had such a great experience at Tom Thumb thanks to Thomas at checkout! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Three stars because the grocery store is fantastic but I didn't come to shoo, I stopped in with friends for beers after a Mavs game (fire Nico!) and it was convenient but it definitely feels like you're drinking in a grocery store: super well-lit, bartender just wants to gtfo, nobody having much fun. That seems obvious to me now but when you see a bar in a Tom Thumb for the first time you kinda assume they figured out a way to make it feel like you're not at Tom Thumb. Wrong! It was a lot better once we took our drinks outside. If I lived nearby I'd def shop here but I will never get drinks here again.

I enjoy shopping at this Tom Thumb. The location and layout of the store make shopping easy. It's organized and almost always has the items I'm looking for.

Tracy is always prompt when ordering online for pickup and ensures my order will be completed by the scheduled time.
It's always fulfilled earlier than scheduled. Tracy is friendly and approachable and consistently represents the company in a positive manner. The other staff members are awesome as well.

Parking is available for shoppers. Validation is available for up to 90 minutes. You must inform a cashier or an employee at customer service.

I tried to contact your customer service about this, but your website only talks about online orders. I was in this location on Field Street about maybe an hour ago and the lady you have running your front end has black frame glasses on is rude act like she hates her job and cussing and carrying on Because you’re registered system request requested her assistance not me is unacceptable. You might want to try to find you somebody else to work up there. That knows how to work with the public. I love Tom Thumb. I’m in there multiple times a week, but this will quickly stop me from going to this location.

Eriana helped me check out tonight at the end of a long Friday when most employees would understandably be ready to head home for the weekend. Despite that, she was extremely kind and helpful, providing me with lots of suggestions on things to do with my family in the Dallas area as we stay here for the weekend. She's a great team member to have on the team and I hope she is recognized for her hard work and positive attitude!

I’ve never written a review, but it was my first time at this location since I don’t live in the area. I’m not sure why but the young black girl with glasses was rude at the register. She just looked at me with a blank stare, didn’t want to talk to me and I had to ask her a series of things which it should be her job to tell me.. I don’t know if this is her name but on the receipt it says Adreanna. Other than that it was an okay experience and the nice lady at the front got me to buy chocolate covered strawberries.

This place needs better costumer service. The young man at the front who helps with the self checkout line called my mom old in many different ways and when we were about to leave, he rolled his eyes and didn’t even say bye when my mom said have a good day. This has been my worst experience I’ve had in a Tom Thumb.

Dale with Starbucks is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit this Starbucks, he goes above and beyond with his professionalism and courtesy. I notice how he greets every customer with a smile and he genuinely cares about his work. Dale is a shining example of excellent customer service—Starbucks is lucky to have him!
