I've been coming to Extech since ' 95 Service today with Miguel at the brooklyn office as always been great. Extech also has great professional people in customer service like Eric K, Elizabeth, Jose M, John, Allan, The Great Tommy, and many more. It makes me feel a family member.

Overall the customer service was fantastic& very professional , easy to deal with Mr Daniel was a phenomenal yard gentlemen helping me out along the way. My material was loaded neatly . I was able to complete my home project on time & thanks to the great staff at the Brooklyn Extech building

Tons of stuff and good material, but the stuff is very poorly educated about what they are actually selling, sent me to Brooklyn to their other location only to find out they had everything at Long Island City where I went originally wasted 4 hours in the traffic. Not a good thing. So I'd say triple check with more folks at this location and be educated on what product you need are getting...

This is review of Extech Newark location. Prices are right on par with competition. I'm not sure about service for contractors, but service for homeowners is terrible. The calculation for materials needed for my project was of. They charged refundable $22 for each pallet, however upon return they charged 20% restocking fee. During our conversation on the phone salesperson gave me a price, however in store price has changed, of course for more money. Employees in charge of loading and unloading are rude and won't care about damaging your car or trailer.

Worst distributor ever Dont ever use this place they lie and their employees steal. My customer gave me a check to pay the balance we owed and it never went into the system about 2 weeks later we get a call saying their employee named Sunhil has been stealing and cashing checks! Now they are lying saying that it never happend and refuse to credit our account for the money the employee took! My company has racked up interest payments and they refuse to acknowledge that their employee stole from us. I should have called the police originally but they assured me it would be taken care of only to try to brush it under the rug a few weeks later. I would recommend to never use this place or they will lie and extort you for money.

This is the worse place ever. They do not pick up the phone neither know what they have in stock. I called for an order- They said we have it- When i got there to pick it up- Guess what- We do not have it.
