The office staff to Caleb absolutely horrible!! Waiting on an estimate that was being emailed months ago( never came) being flaked on by Caleb. If you didn't want the job don’t give a verbal estimate and say you’d do the job…because I could have found someone to get the job done by winter.

I very rarely leave reviews but this companies ineptitude is so impressive I felt compelled. I spent half my summer working very hard to build a rock garden around the outside of my fence, on my property. Dig It comes in to replace the sidewalk curb and just rips out my hard work with no regard. Even if they had to move some of my rock to do their jobs there was plenty of space between my plants to set the rock. But they just threw them on my plants and crushed them. On top of that they left their tools in my rocks getting concrete all over and left their trash laying around. If this isn't enough they could not even be bothered to watch their foul mouths in front of my two year old son who was playing in his yard and trying to say hi to them because he was excited to watch them work and see the big equipment. We called the company to discuss these issues and were told that Caleb would call us back, but he never did.
