Our experience working with Total Restoration to reconstruct our kitchen after water damage leak was honestly the best service we could have asked for. From the moment we met with Blake who did our estimate and walked me through every single question I had and really worked with us and our insurance agent. Jeff was our project manager and he was not only very personable & great to work with, he worked tirelessly to get us back in our home before Christmas. Not only that but we worked our budget to get us all that we needed and more to get our house back to a home. Thank you to the entire team!! Our home restoration would not have been as smooth with the company our insurance recommended I know that.

I thought a different perspective may be nice with a review. I'm an employee with total restoration and I've worked with the owner for over 6 years. It's been so nice working with and for someone who always just wants to do what's right by the customer and do it well. Coming from a long construction background I can say that's not easy to find. Our team/ family works hard to provide a good experience as well and a good final product. Hopefully you're never in a place to need us, but if you do we are the company I would want walking into my home.

I was so lucky to find Chris and his company Total Restoration. They were very responsive to my phone calls, came out to see the mold problem and explained in detail how they could fix the issue.
It required remediating mold, which was hidden under my cabinet frames, rebuilding the frames and literally putting my kitchen back together again. Once they were finished my kitchen looked as good as it was originally, including the quartz counters and cabinets!
I can’t be more happy with how fast and careful they completed my entire kitchen repair, including remediating hard to reach mold. Their price was very fair, as my insurance would not cover the issue.
Total Restoration, with it’s owner Chris and his very competant crew, including his sister is the best company I have ever dealt with!

I highly recommend Total Restoration whether you have a small job (like in our bathroom) or a challenging one like with our condominium. First, they had to find the window leaks and because it is a 3 story building, had to erect scaffolding on the outside of the condo. They replaced drywall and surprisingly did an incredible job matching the old paint on the interior walls. Jeff Wilson and his team were professional and at the same time approachable. Our daughter & fiancé live in the condo in a different city than where we live. Jeff kept us informed (including pictures] every step of the way which alleviated any concerns we might have had. Also, being my husband is in the construction business, we knew the cost was reasonable and the results were amazing. Guarantee, Total Restoration will be the first & only company we will call when we need a job done right!

When our upstairs shower suddenly started leaking through the exterior wall and dripping onto our outside patio below, we knew we had a big problem. Our friend recommended Total Restoration, and they were the best company we could have ever imagined. Jeff Wilson was brilliant. I'm talking above and beyond, better than you can dream kind of brilliant. His team not only restored a completely ruined interior and exterior, but they also managed to transform the most hideous thing in our home into our new favorite spot. That shower is better than any I've seen in five-star resorts. They worked incredibly fast for the amount of damage they had to fix, and the icing on the cake was getting to work with people we truly enjoyed. Each and every one of them were lovely. We actually miss having them around. Who can say that about any other contractor team?
Nathaniel, our main man, thank you for your beautiful tile work. Alex, the exterior of our home looks better than ever! Brayden, you rock! And Jeff Wilson (project manager) thank you for your vision, diligence, compassion, and care - Jeff went out of his way many times to make sure things were perfect. The owner, Chris, has built a hard-working, caring team. Incredibly fair cost (especially for the luxurious results). An overall excellent experience.

This company was top notch. They made a nightmare situation a little more tolerable by being knowledgeable, efficient, and just plain kind. Knowing that my toddler has health issues, Blake went above and beyond his role by recommending specific brands of VOC-free paint when our house was getting repaired. When the project cost less than the original quote, he made sure to tell me a credit was coming our way. The project manager (Jeff) communicated about his progress every step of the way, was easy to reach, and was so encouraging and supportive during a tough situation. You can’t go wrong with this company. Truly, they were fantastic - we’re so impressed

The entire bottom level of our home flooded 3 days before Christmas. A friend of mine had recommended Chris from Total Restoration, and when I messaged him, he was at our home within the hour. We were at a complete loss as to how to do deal with the mess and destruction and did not know where to begin. Chris's calm and reassuring demeanor showed us that our home could be put back together, and his team delivered. The demolition team led by Brittany went above and beyond their job and helped us sort through all of our damaged belongings. Jeff Wilson, our construction foreman, was always available when we had questions or concerns, and he assembled together a dedicated and talented crew to work on the various projects in our home from adding drywall, painting, replacing flooring, replacing kitchen cabinets, creating a new downstairs bathroom, etc. Thank you Jose, Alex, Francisco, and Nathanial for your exceptional work, and friendly conduct. It was nice having you around. What impressed me more than anything was how much everyone loved working for Chris and enjoyed being part of the Total Restoration family.
