Highly recommend!!!! We discussed options, concerns, improvements, etc. Zach was very informative, never pushy, and gave us great products to choose from. He understood my safety concerns that I experienced with previous contractors leaving nails, caulk, etc in the back yard where my pets are. He assured me 100% that there would not be an issue and my home and dogs would be protected. I had my doubts but I was blown away. They use a screening fabric to wrap the entire house, garage, deck, yard etc!!! It was very impressive!! They had the roof torn off in hour and half, and both roofs done in 1 day! The owner Zach was there at the start, middle and end of the job. Did a final walk through and made sure I was happy with EVERYTHING! Zach asked me if it was what I expected. I have to say no, they went beyond my expectations and even sent me a drone photo of my roof! Think I have the best looking one in the neighborhood now! Thankyou ZP construction! You and your crew are amazing!!

ZP Construction has a wonderful crew and did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. It took a little longer than anticipated thanks to some weird shape tiles but Andy worked hard and long on getting them installed correctly. Zach made sure all the work was done well, he was always a phone call away if any issues came up. They really helped my vision come to life. When the decision was made to replace our original roof, I had three requirements, 1) good reputation, 2) fair price and 3) an owner who was engaged and at the property during the project.

ZP Construction met all of the criteria. Zach is super-hands on and is determined to make sure his customers are satisfied. He is an excellent communicator, text messages are promptly returned.

Neighbors that I spoke with who used a different contractor experienced far different results. Damage to the home being the primary complaint. Zach is very proactive about protecting your property. For example, an electrician removed a handful of lanterns that could have been damaged, he did this at his expense. His team was very diligent policing the property for debris.

The very first thing the foreman said to Zach when the project commenced was "we have three days," before the weather turned sour. They did it in two.

ZP = Zero Problems.

ZP Construction, LLC was recommended to us by EZ Plumbing to repair our ceiling in a 100 year old home with plaster and lathe. They were very professional, came to our home and gave us a full estimate which we approved. They actually came within a day to complete the work. They covered everything and completed the work within 3 hours. They completely cleaned the area including mopping the floor. The work completed was great and they instructed me on how to paint the ceiling ( which they had offered to do, but I felt I could finish). Great staff and everyone including Zach was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend their services.

Zack and his team are absolutely amazing. My bathroom was a hot mess and literally decaying in the wood. Not only did they give me a dream, girly bathroom that took probably longer than they wanted no fault of theirs but they were professional and PATIENT every step of the way. Zack had an idea in mind but asked my opinion each time. While doing reconstruction they found another issue which is next on their list to tackle. With that said, I would highly recommend this company without a shadow of doubt. Thank you Zack and team.

Zach and the ZP Construction crew did an excellent job designing and building our deck! The entire team was very skilled at what they do, and Zach was great at consulting and collaborating with us as the owners every step of the way to really customize the deck how we wanted it. Zach is also fantastic at prompt communication and follow-up, as well, which we really appreciated. Their team was also very adaptable when a problem arose with an underlying issue in some of our siding - and helped us get that fixed first. They did things the correct way, and we truly appreciated that! Their team is also very creative and will have a few different ideas lined up to show you when designing the deck - not just one way (which is what we found with a few other companies giving us estimates and plans). Their team also gives reliable timelines & estimates for when they will be on the jobsite, along with the timeframe it will take to finish the job, as well. We truly appreciated all of the skilled work they did for us, along with their honest & reliable communication. Our deck looks fantastic! We would recommend ZP Construction to anyone looking for quality, customized, and reliable work on decks and home improvement projects.

ZP Construction and Zach and his entire crew were awesome. We have a large, complicated roof with 5 hips and the big crew got it done in just over 2 days. They planned well as rain was forecast for a day and they did it by sections that could be finished in less than a few hours. Care for the yard and cleanup was awesome. Zach knows his way around insurance claims as well as we had hail damage. We highly recommend him and his company!
