We are incredibly impressed with Zander Solutions—not just with the quality of their work, but with the professionalism, integrity, and dedication shown by the entire team. From the start, they communicated clearly and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

Originally, the plan by our contractor was to avoid moving the mechanicals in one of the rooms by routing the drain tile through the middle of the space, which would have left about 10 feet of foundation wall unprotected. But the foreman from Zander took the time to truly assess the situation and made the tough call to do the job right. He worked in an extremely tight space to install the drain tile exactly where it was needed—right along the foundation wall—and even added the Hydro-Channel Drainage System for extra protection.

The attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to doing things correctly—without shortcuts—really stood out. It’s clear that this is a company that takes pride in their work and cares about their clients. We can’t recommend Zander Solutions enough!

As the demo of current basement walls unfolded I was forced to increase the scope of the waterproofing project on my 1935 Tudor Home. We had to double the project. My salesman Cristian Schmid worked with me on the pricing and walked me through the changes needed.
Zander's Darryl Bridges and his team came in pointed out ways to improve the project and did a great job mitigating the dust issue so we didn't suffer upstairs - ( my wife had book club the night of the waterproofing and no dust upstairs!) . On time - budget friendly and a great team to work with - They'll be coming back in spring for the egress window.
This is the 3rd Zander project that I and our friends have used Zander and everyone has recommended them very highly.

We sold our home and had to have a radon test prior to closing. Unfortunately, it came back at 8.9 - anything over 4 requires mitigation. Our realtor highly recommended Zander Solutions for the mitigation. He was right. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Carlos did the installation and was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job. I encourage everyone to get their radon tested. If mitigation is required, you should contact Zander Solutions!

Zander Solutions did an amazing job repairing foundation cracks at my daughter’s home. The basement walls had two wide cracks and two narrower ones - all running from the sills to the floor. I had what I thought was a foundation issue in my home. Tyler came out within a day to take a look and provided the most honest assessment of the issue without trying to sell me something that wasn't necessary.
