The HOA community I wanted to join as a renter is run by Diana Morgan. The management company is very strict, has very tight requirements. My dealings with Diana from the start was straightforward, letter of the law to a checklist. I delivered what was asked, Diana worked with the HOA board as my advocate to get me approved in what I was told as record time.

I’ve owned my condo at Parc Village Condo Association for 15 years, and unfortunately, my interactions with Diana Morgan, the property manager, have been nothing but unpleasant. From the start, she caused unnecessary issues when I tried to rent my condo and, more recently, delayed the sale of my property by failing to review and approve the new owners' application in a timely manner. Her unresponsiveness has been a recurring problem — she ignored countless emails I sent regarding the return of my common area deposit.

After selling my property in April, Diana assured me I would receive my deposit back in May. Despite numerous follow-ups, I received no responses for months. It wasn’t until I had to involve an attorney that they finally processed my refund. Today, five months later, I am finally receiving the check I should have had long ago.

This company is unprofessional, and their handling of my situation was beyond frustrating. I would never recommend Your Management Services to any association. Save yourself the headache — they are not worth the trouble.

And in response to your response of lies below… I never operated any illegal airbnb business or illegally obtained a tenant in my unit because you clearly had my common area deposit which is used to rent my property. If that was the case, why wasn’t I fined or evicted? Because it never happened. I also have documentation that my tenant and her daughter were residing at my property because you had a copy of the lease. So you not processing the application in accordance to your own rules is not my problem because that information was disclosed. The only key that the new buyer didn’t get was the pool key and that’s because the tenant lost it and that costs $25 to replace. So you have no reason to withhold $1400 and avoid constant emails and phone calls until I get an attorney involved. And lying to me in May telling me that my check would be mailed at the end of the month, doesn’t align with your claim that you held it due to violations because I would’ve never been told that. You wanted time to pass and hoped that I would forget which is also why you stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. You all are thiefs and extremely unprofessional. I know several tenants from other properties that youve managed that have said the same thing. So it’s your word against many, and I know people will see for themselves.

Just look at the unprofessionalism of your responses to anyone that wrote a negative review? And it’s no coincidence that everyone with a negative review says the exact same thing! Rude, doesn’t respond to calls or emails, and not timely. This is their reputation. They probably pay people or have family and friends write the positive comments to offset the real ones.

Diana was an immense help from start to finish. She valued our family being in the military and that went a long way with us. Her kindness is rare, her ability to reply quickly is even rarer. She makes a big difference in our community and we are so glad she is part of it.
