Be cautious when choosing whom to hire for your projects. The workers from this company needed access through our property to reach a neighboring property where they were performing work. Along with their own tools, they also took tools that belonged to us.

Attempts to resolve the issue with the company’s director were highly unpleasant. Instead of a constructive approach, we were met with arrogance and a lack of willingness to address the problem. After a week of back-and-forth discussions, only part of the tools were returned, while the rest remains missing.

We cannot speak to the quality of their work, but their disregard for others’ property and poor problem resolution are telling. We advise you to be vigilant and thoroughly consider whom you allow onto your property.

We had build an ADU on our property with Jacob at YOR Construction and we are very happy with our experience with them. The crews are very professional, on time and the work was done perfectly. Jacob is very responsible, great to communicate with and very knowable. Everything was done with the best materials and we cannot be happier with the result. Will defiantly use them in the future for any construction work and we highly recommend them!

I don't know about granny flat construction, but Yakov replaced my roof. It was fast, it was well done, and it was a pleasure to work with him! I now consider him a friend, and how often does that happen with somebody you contract with to replace your roof? He's a great guy!

Yakov did for us an adu pon Ground Up, We Are Very happy West The results. Day, Came On Time they did the Work it did took them longer than they promised they promised six months it took them eight from all kinds of reasons. I wanted to say big thanks to the YOR Construction for building us a beautiful and practical deck! We are very impressed with quality of the material and the design. It really made a huge difference to the look and value of our house.
