I had the pleasure of working with Yousef on a full remodeling project for a villa in Encino. I must say, Yousef and his team went above and beyond expectations and they are truly passionate about their business. It's rare to do a project of this scale without "micromanaging" and pointing out the little things, but Yousef was in fact even more detail oriented than me, and held that same meticulousness from tear down to final touches.
