Had a package shipped through XPO. Paid over $450 dollars to have it shipped. Said it was going to be delivered Wednesday, only to have Wednesday pass. Then when I go to my tracking number it says it doesn’t exist anymore. Then I as I call and inquire about my package, I’m told that I need to schedule a life gate. The lady on the phone was not very helpful at all. She gave me no info on what procedure with that is, and just passed the buck off and told me to contact someone else tomorrow. I’m a very easy going guy and don’t get bothered very easily; but this specific instance put a very bad taste in my mouth. Why tell me my package is going to be delivered, then hold onto it until I call confused wondering where it is? You’d think for spending almost half a grand in shipping I would get some decent service in return. Im not happy at all with my experience, and will avoid this company in the future.

This is just about their trucks. We are driving from Virginia to s. Dakota and there have been 3 xpo trucks now with faulty lights, one towing 3 cars went all over the road at such a high speed he seriously almost caused an accident and almost tipped his entire rig. Some of this could be driver related but to have me look u guys up just to let u know this is a big deal cuz usually I don't do anything like this. Fix your trucks, they are having major problems on the road and could really be a hazard possibly deadly on the road.
