Andy assessed our project/floor/crawlspace, showed me the elevation measurements, and came up with a reasonable plan to raise the area of the house that had the lowest elevations. I had 4 companies come out, but Xalos provided a plan that made the most intuitive sense, not only when it came to the short-term repair, but also longevity (ensuring the posts wouldn't sink again over time). The guys that did the work were great and the floor is noticeably more level. Grateful to have found a great, local foundation company - thank you, Xalos team!

Wall cracks starts showing up at my new home and I suspected the cause might be foundation issues, so I called Antonio at Xalos Foundation Repair because he and his crew did an extraordinary job a few years ago at my old home.
I was in a rush, and Antonio graciously accommodated a same day appointment, driving an hour and a half to my place to inspect my home. After a thorough inspection, he told me the house foundation doesn't have any issues, patiently shared his insights, and told me not to worry. I was touched by his honesty. Moreover, he didn't charge me anything for the inspection at all, which I still feel guilty about.
11/10 - highly recommended!

Antonio and his crew are excellent. Our house required extensive foundation repair and Antonio’s assessment of the work necessary was aligned to a much larger firm, however, Xalos’s pricing was tens of thousands of dollars lower. The crew was professional—always on time, courteous and tidy. The work took the estimated length of time and there were no surprises. The finished cost matched the estimate down to the penny. It was great to work with a company local to our community, who offer top-notch service at affordable rates. Highly recommend Xalos Foundation!

Xalos Foundation Support recently completed the foundation repair on my home. I am extremely happy with my new strong foundation and level floors! I talked with many foundation contractors for this huge and very important job, and in the end chose Antonio at Xalos. Not because he gave me the best price, but he was the most knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. He is an expert in foundation repair! He listened to all my concerns and he spent so much time inspecting my house so that he could do the best job possible! We had a great experience with Xalos. Our home sits on a creek and the back end was sinking. They had the most reasonable quote by far and were very professional and efficient in their work. Our landscaping/pavers were put back exactly as it was before. It has been 6 months and everything is still sitting perfectly. They have done multiple homes on our street as many of my neighbors were facing the same issues and all of us have been very pleased with the work. I can’t recommend them enough.

After purchasing my home, my husband and I decided to remodel the interior and do new flooring. We noticed there was a significant slope by our fireplace area and decided to contact three companies to see what repairs were necessary and compare quotes.
