This was the worst experience I had with a contractor. The power to my dishwasher and garbage disposal had went out. I called this company and they came out that night and removed the ground from my dishwasher and got it to work. You can see the pictures below. The next day I look under my sink to see what they did. I was surprised at how bad the work was and them knowing I was a Fire Marshal. I called and they came back a few days later and still didn’t fix the issue they just put a nail in my wall and tied it into a box still not grounded. I was supposed to get a refund sent to me through the mail never happened. If they will do this to me knowing I’m a Fire Marshal just imagine what they will do to you. This work was done on November 5th, 2022.

I had contacted Riddle Electric to do an electrical upgrade. they looked at the job, and gave me an estimate in a timely manner. After getting the job, they preformed the work in a friendly and professional manner, always answering any questions I had. they always cleaned up after themselves. They did excellent work.I would definitely hire and /or recommend them again.

Don't trust Staylisted for your SEO. Look at the statistics of this website eight or nine clicks a month. They're lying to you and they discriminate against their employees. The websites are cookie cutter and they look like they're made by an eighth grader. Somebody from Mexico called you to try to convince you to take this appointment that you don't want. Lol

My wife and I just moved into our new house in Hurricane and we suddenly had the electricity go out along one wall in our house. These guys were the first people I called because they were the closest to my house, turns out they are also the best electricians I have ever used. Not only were they on time, but they were incredibly professional, completely up front with any charges that we might have, and super nice the entire visit! They made short work of the issue and had everything back to normal before I knew it. We will absolutely use them for all future electrical issues

I needed to re-route the cables for my heat pump and air handler. I knew I could run the cable myself, but I was less confident about my ability to disconnect/reconnect them from the panel without electrocuting myself. I called Riddle Electrical to explain the situation, and they said they could fit me in for a free estimate on their way to another job. When they arrived and understood what I needed, they offered to disconnect the cable from the panel and let me do the re-routing myself, then to reconnect it to the panel on their way home after the job they were going to. This saved me a lot of money in labor, compared to other estimates I got from companies! I felt they were honest and straightforward with their business and will definitely call them in the future when I'm ready for more electrical work needing done.

Tree fell on home. Bill and his crew handled removing tree, repairing roof so no more inside water damage. This work was handled timely. Inside damage was also handled. He failed to repair damage to side of house where deck is located. We received a bill for repairs with a verbal he would complete repairs as soon as weather permitted. We paid all but $200.00 and told him balance would be paid when work complete. That was August 2020. We've contacted him several times with no luck. He also had a crew member who stole items from the home. The people who live there were not home but we gave Bill permission to enter home for repairs. Contacted Bill again today, 4/26/01, and left message. Waiting for response to complete repairs or refund balance for repairs less $200.00. We have pictures and all text messages from him. We hope he makes this right as his work was very good except for the crew member who stole items. Bill did make that right but was very disturbing he would hire someone like that.

I was searching for an electrician to update ~7 outlets in our home to GFCI outlets. I called 2 different electricians with no luck. But when I called WV Riddle Electric, I was talking directly with Bill Riddle who was very courteous and understanding of my issue. It might have been luck of the draw that day, but Bill was able to squeeze our family in for an estimate right on the spot. Bill and his other master electrician Bronson were great at keeping us in the loop on when they might arrive. But I was pleasantly surprised that Bronson was not only able to do our estimate, but they also completed the work in the same evening. After receiving awesome service like this, I would recommend WV Riddle Electric every time. Thank you for such a great job!
