I really enjoyed the home building process with Wurzer Builders. I chose the Timber Bluff location due to the country feel. I first used the Website to select a floor plan and contacted Steve Wiggins about which lot I would like. Everything step of the planning and purchase was addressed professionally. Steve met with me several times and helped me tweak the floor plan so the Twin home fit my needs. Jake Wurzer was on site and addressed all my smaller concerns as they came up. Emergencies were addressed by Steve and Jake immediately until everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I shared my budget before we started and we stayed on budget even with all the enhancements I wanted. After move in they did not disappear, but spent time making sure everything was finished properly! I now have quality home in a fabulous neighborhood! I highly recommend Wurzer Builders for New home Construction.

We are so thrilled with our beautiful new twin home. On the business side, Steve Wiggins was so flexible and accommodating. On the construction side of things, Jacob Wurzer made it easy to move through the steps of planning the unit and was knowledgeable on all our questions. The choices, options, and flexibility to create our own dream home was excellent and easy, even though we were not deeply experienced at designs. In addition when we got close, we saw extraordinary effort to meet the calendar. From the start, Steve and Jacob were responsive and even met us late in the day on more than one occasion and were flexible to our estimated schedule. We are very grateful and look forward to being a part of this beautiful community which Wurzer Builders created.

When I decided to move from my country home to the Senior Condos at Timber Bluff, I was concerned about liking a move to the city. Timber Bluff has a wonderful country feel with the surrounding hills and trees but has all the amenities I need close by. I love the walking trails and ponds. I can't say enough about how helpful both Steve and Jake have been with my move here. The quality of workmanship of my condo is excellent, love the floor plan, front and back patios and the pergola. I have recommended this development to friends who are looking for a new home. Timber Bluff is a great multi- generational place to live with its mix of senior condos, twin homes, single family homes and more.

Wurzer Builders (especially Jakob Wurzer) were incredible to work with! There wasn't a question or concern that wasn't answered promptly and resolved professionally. Kindness was clearly part of the standard at Wurzer. You are not just a buyer you are instantly part of a community and introduced to neighbors. The setting is a home setting and one that we highly reccomend anyone considering a new home!!

We recently purchased and closed on our new home in Eau Claire, Wi, built by Wurzer Builders. While there are a few things yet to do on the outside when it warms up, we could not be more impressed and happy with the results! Our place is beautiful and the craftsmanship is awesome! There were even some things added we didn’t expect. Jake was “the man” throughout the process. You could not ask for a nicer young man, and he is wise beyond his years. We would be available as well if anyone ever wanted a verbal review. Thank u so much Jake (and Steve) and Wurzer Builers…we will highly recommend and tout your company! We love it! While there are challenges with every new build, particularly in a brand-new development, our experience building a home in Timber Bluff has been very positive. We are pleased with the quality of workmanship and the baseline inclusions that would normally be upgrades. Knowing we were on a tight timeline to move in, Steve and Jake admirably pushed the build to early completion. Along the way, Jake has been our first call when obstacles arise, always responsive, personable and able to find a solution. We have really enjoyed working with him and are certain he has a bright future in this business. Our home is beautiful and the neighborhood a fantastic place to start this new chapter. We purchased our Twin Home from Wurzer Brothers a year and a half ago. We are very pleased with the home and the multi generational family setting.
Steve and Jake were and continue to be responsive to our inquiries and requests. We were active in the building process and selection of finishes and appliances. Steve and Jake were supportive of our requests for enhancements to the property such as enlarged parking pad, extra sidewalk and larger patio space to name a few. Subcontractors were all respectful and helpful with our frequent questions!
I am happy to be a part of the Timber Bluff development and am enjoying the interactions I am having with neighbors who have been pleasant and respectful.

I moved into a Wurzer designed home in a new community a few months ago. Homes are well-constructed and the base price of the home includes very nice choices for finishings! Upgrades are an option, but not necessary to finish off your home with beautiful granite countertops, soft close cabinets, nice lighting, wood trim, plumbing fixtures, etc. as great choices are built in to the price. The floor plans are well thought out for easy living, low maintenance, and well-designed spaces with plenty of closet and storage spaces. Jakob is wonderful to work with on design choices and any concerns you have as a home buyer. Highly recommended! I’m enjoying my Wurzer-built home!
