Teresa has been a wonderful landlord. She always communicates promptly. Anytime an issue came up, she was quick to resolve it. There has been times where suspicious people have come around the property and she is right there to take care of it. Teresa is so understanding, flexible & easy to do business with. It wasn’t a problem to get any maintenance done when needed. The move in and move out process was so simple with her. I highly recommend reaching out to her at Wright services if you’re searching for a place to rent. 4.5 yrs of doing business with her and I’d do it again.

Wright services what great for the +4 years I rented with them. Yes some of their rules are somewhat "strict" for upkeep and reporting, but who wouldn't want to protect their investments? They even do snow & spring gunk removal which was always timely and efficient. The maintenance was always, ALWAYS repaired when brought up. The rental rates were fair and just too. Theresa was amazing the whole time I was renting through them. Thank you Wright Services & Theresa for the years of great housing!

I could not be more pleased with my time in Alderwood Apartments (a Juneau property managed by Wright Services). The staff is extremely prompt and responsive to all issues. The apartment itself was very basic, but the rent was affordable, and overall it was a very good value.
