Update: Brian finally called me back. And I realize how busy everyone is but really all I expect is communication.

I had a few small plumbing issues at my old house. Talked to Wright and said they would stop over. Waited 3 weeks and no show. Called again and did not get back to me. Terrible service! At least give me the courtesy to let me know they couldn’t or wouldn’t do the job.

Got sent a second bill after the first was paid in full. Cannot get a phone or email reply after many attempts to contact. These people are impossible to get ahold for any issue beside new work orders.

Second message: after talking with the folks at Wright Plumbing we discussed the problems of contacting them on issues other than setting up a repair date. I am a long time customer of this business and have relied on their good responses and services, especially considering the difficult location of my farm. I have no grievances with Wright Plumbing's work. I will assume they have updated their contact information to include direct email.

While they certainly have experience and ability to troubleshoot issues, Brian is very unprofessional with his conduct towards customers. I raised a concern and he immediately blamed me for not telling him as soon as I noticed a problem and called me a liar. Came to my house to address the issue and verbally assaulted me in my own home for raising the concern. Would not recommend at all to anyone.
