Nobody enjoys facing issues with their plumbing or heating system. But if such a situation arises, Wright Brothers Plumbing & Gas is a company I strongly endorse. I had an unfortunate incident when my water heater stopped working properly, resulting in a small puddle in my basement. At that time, I was not in Vallejo and had quite a lot on my plate. I tried contacting a few places but had no success. Then I remembered seeing a Wright Brothers vehicle in my neighborhood, and I even knew Terrence from high school. I always try to support local businesses whenever possible! Terrence was not only professional and polite but also offered great value for money. He promptly responded within minutes of my request for an estimate. We discussed the details over the phone, and he even managed to fit me in that same afternoon! Talk about excellent service. Brian then completed the job that day with a high level of cleanliness. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the quality work they delivered. A solid 5 stars! Sunday morning, we discovered our water heater leaking all over our garage. We immediately reached out to Wright Brothers Plumbing & Gas and they swiftly responded with a solution. Luckily, our unit was still under warranty. We sent them a few photos and they promptly provided a quote. The price was incredibly reasonable! We had contacted six different companies and Wright Brothers offered the most cost-effective solution. In fact, another company had quoted us nearly double their price. Melvin and Ezra were exceptional! They were amiable and delivered high-quality work. They tidied up the work area and even hauled away our old unit. This company deserves a 5-star rating! These guys are top-notch! I've got a buddy who used to be a plumber who suggested this team. He told me they're reliable and straightforward. Brian arrived to set up a kitchen faucet and examine a sluggish bathtub drain in Vallejo. The faucet installation posed some difficulties, but Brian's top-notch problem-solving abilities came to the rescue. Brian met me at my place to discuss all my plumbing problems and together, we came up with a strategy to tackle them. In the next couple of weeks, we're aiming to have all the work completed. He's a breeze to cooperate with and I'm eager to see all those repairs finalized. I fully endorse Wright Brothers Plumbing & Gas, now that all the work has been completed, I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. I've had other plumbers over to inspect these issues, but none provided a solution for repairs. Brian replaced the water valve into my house, the valve for the main level toilet (despite our very old pipes) and even swapped out the sink in the basement. We had a fantastic experience with this plumbing service. The person who answered our call was friendly and professional, as were the technicians, Brian and Ezra, who came out to perform the work. We found ourselves without water in our home, a situation that was especially concerning as my wife is pregnant and needs plenty of hydration. After we suspected an issue with our well pump and conducted some basic tests ourselves, we reached out to several plumbers. This team was the only one able to accommodate us on the same day. Brian and Ezra arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and determined that our well pump and pressure tank were indeed faulty. They were able to procure the necessary parts, install everything, and restore our water supply within the same day. My wife was particularly impressed with their communication skills. They took the time to explain the problems and their proposed solutions to her, making sure she understood every detail.
