Henry and the crew assigned to my job did an outstanding job removing my skylight from a 3rd floor roof. We contacted Mr Henry to relocate our fence that was in our neighbors property. It was short noticed and needed to be done quick since we are in the process of selling our home. I have worked with Henry several times and each time he has been on time and is very thorough. We had an issue with something he didn't install and he went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was, to include reading manuals in his off-time and tracking down people within the manufacturing company. Not only did he figure out the problem, he left detailed notes so it doesn't happen again. He is very knowledgable and works hard to find solutions. Thank you, Henry!

The men who replaced my faucet were polite and competent, but in response to my query about cost, I received an email that stated "we bill at $40 per hour per guy." I was then surprised to be billed $293 for 2 hours of work by 2 men (plus one $10 part). As I review the paperwork, I see that I did overlook a line that says "Bid $220" on the Scope of Work form that was sent, but the initial quote was misleading and I did not seek another. If Henry had replied to the initial query by saying, "I will send you a bid on the Scope of Work" and then I would have looked for that information on the form and not feel misled. If you're going to sign your emails "Blessings" I think your billing should reflect what you say when you're asked how you charge.
