Lindsey at Dream Finders in Wolf Creek Run West was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lindsey came to the rescue whenever I had concerns throughout the build. She would go out of her way to explain the build process and put me at ease. Lindsey also went out of her way to keep me updated on the progress of our home. She made great recommendations that were in our best interest and took us around to other new builds in the development to get ideas so that we could make our new home “ours”. We were able to get everything we wanted within our budget. We are so excited to be in our new home! ❤️

We have been working with Lindsey Richards at the Wolf Creek run sales office and she has been amazing, detailed and very communicative through our process of buying our 1st home. She emails/text us weekly updates on the progress of our home and that to us means a lot. She has made things a breeze and the incentives they offer are unmatchable. Sales team particularly Lindsey was amazing to work with. Communicative, open, honest and informative. Warranty department on the other hand is complete joke. They don’t stand by any of the products they install in their homes. Not even 3 months after move in my garage door along with other homes under construction were damaged mine folded in half to the point couldn’t even get opened from little bit of wind and was told they wouldn’t fix it but they’d get on my roof and replace some shingles that blew off from wind. So now I’m stuck with $3000 bill to have entire door replaced with correct wind rated door that should’ve been installed in first place. AC is also not turning on now after running it for the past month with no problem made warranty request only to be told they can’t even come look at it for 2 1/2 weeks. Children at home on summer break and pets 85 degrees inside my home Not happy

Buying a home is stressful but Lindsay from wolf creek run made our experience so much better. She will give us weekly updates and anything we saw that was wrong she would get on it right away and communicate it to the right people. Also David is an amazing contractor that will tell you the truth about thing that are happening and getting it done right away. DREAM HOME FINDERS was our first home we looked at and now it’s our family home. Overall we had an amazing experience with Wolf creek run community.
