Very unprofessional and unethical land surveyor. Acts as an intermediary in neighbor property line disputes which is completely out of scope of proper business for a land surveyor. Takes sides in property disputes when two neighbors both used his services. Do not use this surveyor, try another one who does surveys and keeps his nose in his own business.
