Bill Morris at WM Builders is a great builder and trustworthy individual. We selected Bill to build our new mid-century modern house in Indian Wells. In spite of building at the height of construction material costs, Bill was able to maintain a reasonable budget. He also maintained a good schedule with all of his subcontractors. Bill was responsive to our various requests and inevitable changes that occur during a new building process. When we did have issues, Bill was able to present solutions and compromises that worked for both sides. Bill's main Supervisor (Angel) is an extremely hard-working, capable and honest individual who was also very responsive to our daily needs, particularly at the end of the process when punchlist items were required to be fixed. Bill's wife Summer also provided good and timely accounting services during the build process. Bill also provided us with an architect who did a great job of designing the house to meet our needs. We would also like to mention H3K who did a fabulous job with the interior surfaces and design aspects of the house. We would highly recommend WM Builders to build your house.
