I have used Waste Managment for years and when there is a windy day I place a cinder block on top of the trash can so it wont blow over. They have always dumped my trash, even when I have the cinder block on it, until yesterday when the driver refused to dump it because of the cinder block. I was told if the wind blows the trash can over they will not pick it up to dump it.

I do not always know when its going to be windy but seems to me like the driver could get out of his truck for 5 seconds to push the cinder block off the trash can so it can be dumped or at least make sure they don't charge me for days it cant be dumped without me having to be on the phone with them for a half hour to get a credit.

I've signed up for WM nearly 2 months ago and I cannot seem to get someone to deliver a trash can. 3 separate times they have lied saying they deliver it and close the case, but still no trash can. No matter what I do and how many times I call, THEY WILL NOT DELIVER A CAN. And what's funny is they keep trying to bill me even though nobody has picked up our trash because we don't have a can. I don't even know what to do anymore and it's become terribly inconvenient. I wish I was able to go with a different company for trash pick up but not many serve my area and all have similar issues based on reviews. It takes forever to get a hold of someone and then it's just the same thing over again. Disappointing and unprofessional.

We switched from Republic Services after being super disappointed in their customer service, professionalism, consistency and overall lack of feeling valued as a customer. As a business it is important to have consistency and feel valued. Waste Management has done a fantastic job and they are always on time, communicate well and our account rep has been amazingly helpful. I would definitely recommend them for businesses nearby who want a good company to work with.

Waited 4 weeks for a pick up should be biweekly on Fridays told nothing they can do but it cost $230 for an unscheduled pickup. No thanks ridiculous

We have used Waste Management garbage collection for years. Very satisfied with service communication and price point. They have switched to a machine emptying only process that means we can no longer put an extra bag out. It has also resulted in occasional incomplete emptying of the garbage can. Because it's machine driven they have no idea that it's not all the way empty. I understand the cost savings to them and so I'm not complaining much. Recently we called them back out to re empty the recycling bin and they were very prompt and did it by the very next day. Very satisfied... I just miss the human interaction we seem to want to get rid of in the name of efficiency and profit.

I would not even give this location one star customer service is horrible. It’s nearly impossible to speak with a live agent and when you finally do, they treat you with disrespect. Upon canceling my service was billed $70 for container pick up fee. When I called to speak with an agent, she was hostile and lacked customer service skills if you are a business or a residential customer looking for new trash service I would suggest Bunting!! do not use this service unless you enjoy being treated with disrespect!

My experience was horrific!!! I was on hold for 1 hour and six minutes only to be told that they could not help me. We are now exploring other local trash haulers for our service. We have been with WM for 14 years, always paid our bill on time, and now they have raised our rates again with no notice and you cannot reach anyone to discuss the issue. Terrible customer service.

Hello Waste Managemnet team. I cancelled my services with you due to the high price Upon calling to schedule my trash bin to be picked up I was informed there would be an additional 70.00 charge. No other companies charge at all to pick up trash bins when people cancel. This alone shows the greed your company operates on. I was scheduled to end my service on 10/26/22 and was told someone would come to collect my trash bin. After my trash bin sat outside for over 32 hours. I messaged online and was told they will come pick up the trash bin within 5 to 7 business days. We are supposed to have our trash bins removed no later than 12 hours after it has been emptied. I am also in an HOA and can be fined for this.

I want to add that WW did reach out after I published my review and a woman named Sharon was very helpful and professional. I was able to resolve this issue and I do appreciate them actually reading reviews and working through issues.
