From start to finish our project manager, Jim Brock, provided excellent service and communicated at a high level. Our home has a unique design and we had a leak but couldn’t identify the source. Jim was able to quickly identify the issue and put together a plan for resolving it. Our job was finished quickly and the crew left no trace - it was also great to know that Jim was on site for the majority of our repair. This experience was so much better than our past experiences with other roofing companies. I can’t recommend Wise Builders enough. We have total peace of mind now, knowing that we won’t have to deal with a leaky roof again!

We had a free estimate from wise builders after a hail storm damaged our roof. James contacted us and took the time to explain all the details for our roof replacement and answered any questions we had. James was willing to work with us and make accommodations when needed and was always patient. Communication between James and us were always met beyond expected even though we had our dog pass away he was so understanding. Everything lined up in a perfect timeline sequence for our roof replacement. The look of our roof is simply perfection. It exceeded beyond our expectations! I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Without James I would have went somewhere else, but we are glad we chose to go with Wise Builders.

Wise Builders Roofing and Renovations were great to work with. They were very professional and did an awesome job on my roof replacement. Jayden the Project Manager guided me step by step through the claims process. He worked diligently with me and my insurance company to get my claim approved and kept me informed. He was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and will use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Wise Roofing. They were prompt (came when they said they would), did an excellent job and cleaned everything up when they were done! We were given all our options and were allowed to decide how we wanted to proceed without any pressure. The project managers and workmen were all very respectful. I highly recommend Wise Roofing!

Our experience and result with wise builders was excellent. Everything from the customer service to the quality of the work completed 100%. They were very direct and accurate with the cost of replacing the roof and renovations completed (replacement of gutters, window screens, etc)

Most impressed with the way wise builders handled working with our insurance company. They handled all the communication with our insurance adjuster and made sure we got paid what we were supposed to from insurance company. I would highly recommend wise builders!!
