This was our first remodel and the reviews for Wise Builders looked good – professional and well managed.
Project manager Marc and the whole crew exceeded our expectations.
Our bathroom was stripped down and rebuilt after long term leakage destroyed the floor. Now it looks awesome, could not be more thrilled about the final results.
Marc kept us up to date on the work being scheduled, and the work was done to the highest standard. I felt completely supported with Marc and his collaborative style, he worked with us all the way from start to finish.
I’m still admiring the neatness and details that were finished in every part of the room.
Cleanup during after the job was completed was perfect. The entire crew were superb, polite, hard working and very efficient.
Definitely will come back again when I need more work done.

After getting 5 quotes from contractors to complete
major renovations to our newly purchased home, we went ahead with Wise Builders because they had
the best combination of knowledge, professionalism,
honesty and cost. We are so glad we went with them
because the entire process went very smoothly and everything looks great.
We worked with Michele Crawford as our designer and project manager.
She assured us from the beginning that she would manage the entire project and will make sure that we would be able to move in by our deadline (in six weeks). She kept her word, and her team worked hard to ensure that we were able to move in as promised. We did a full bathroom remodel, two fireplaces removal and renovation, whole house painting, demolished existing flooring and installed new hardwood floors, installed new recessed lighting (around fifty five) and removed some shutters off the wall, some major drywall repair.
Michele Crawford was amazing!
She was timely, very organized, and eager to solve any minor/ major obstacles.
She worked with us closely & listened to us and helped us procure all the raw material needed for the remodel.
In general, we had great dialogue about design choices plus materials. In terms of project management she was very proactive and responsive.
She was extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions we had.
We had read great reviews about her and we had specifically requested for her to manage our project and we are so glad that we did.

The construction crew led by Tony and Daniel did an amazing job with the craftsmanship.
Tony did an amazing job with the recessed lights layout and install. He was so patient and showed us various lighting options and has a great design sense.
Daniel and his team did a great job with fireplace layout and whole house painting and flooring. Daniel was very patient and offered great solutions and gave very sound and practical advice.

The entire crew was polite, hardworking, and paid close attention to the details to ensure the final result was exactly what we had envisioned. The quality of their work is simply outstanding.

As expected with this magnitude of work there were some hiccups along the way. However each and every issue was taken care off.
Wise also contacted us few times to ensure that everything was going as per our expectations and asked for constant feedback.
The renovation was completed on time and the end product is better than we could have hoped for. My daughter is very thrilled with her new bathroom.We would highly recommend Wise Builders to anyone considering a home renovation project.

I received proposals from two Chinese and two American remodeling companies and ultimately chose Wise Builders, even though they weren’t the cheapest. The deciding factor was the project manager, Marc Mata. From our first meeting, he was extremely attentive, courteous, and professional, much more so than the others. He thoroughly explained the process, Wise Builders’ capabilities, and helped me create a rough budget.

From day one, Marc ensured everything went smoothly and to my satisfaction. My kitchen had an oddly shaped pantry, and Marc and Michelle, who specializes in measurements, worked closely with my chosen cabinet manufacturer to ensure the dimensions/angles were accurate. Marc also brought in Mario, the lead, early on to assess the scope of work and discuss options.

One standout feature of Wise Builders was their willingness to help with material selection, from tiles to faucets, flooring to countertop, without pressuring me to buy from their source of suppliers. I was free to shop around, and Marc was always available to confirm measurements and ensure everything would work in my home.

Marc’s communication was exceptional. He consulted with me on numerous decisions, such as flooring orientation, bathroom tiling patterns, and drawer pull placements, often providing pictures to help us visualize. While my family was abroad for two weeks, Marc kept us updated with progress pictures.

I also appreciate Mario, the lead/foreman, who saved me from a major mistake. I had unknowingly purchased a high-end shower system with no cold water - the coldest being 75F. After Marc and I were told (from the manufacturer) it couldn’t be fixed, Mario took the initiative, adjusted the system, and got both hot and cold water working!

Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Marc, Mario, and the entire team—Luis, David, and others—were all professional and dedicated to ensuring our home was perfect. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you, Wise Builders!

We are very excited to embark on a full kitchen remodel and additional work with Wise Builders. From the moment I met with Aaron, our assigned project manager, his team and the company felt like a safe choice. Having been "burned" by a previous contractor on a past project, it was important to us that we felt that trust established from the beginning. When I spoke with past clients that had used Wise prior to our project, so many great things were said about the company, the quality of work, and specifically how amazing and detailed Aaron was throughout the project! We even had a few design changes (on my end) near the end of the remodel and they took everything in stride to deliver a beautiful end product. We spoke with 5 General Contractors (2 of whom never got back to us) regarding our bathroom remodel. Wise was the middle bid of the 3 bids we received. They were awarded the job because they impressed us with their efficiency, professionalism, response time, and eagerness to work on our small job. 10 days after my initial phone call to their office, we had interviewed the Wise team at our home, reviewed then signed the contract, and shopped and purchased all the material. Aaron and Alex are the team we are working with, and we've been quite impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, thoroughness. We especially appreciated the 4 hour shopping trip with Aaron and Alex where they set up appointments with their contacts at their tile and plumbing shops. All of them guided us through the decisions, answered all questions, and were extremely patient. We had priced materials previously with other tile and plumbing shops and the prices Wise was able to get us were better than the prices we were getting on our own. Construction commenced just recently and we are hoping everything continues to go as smoothly as it has thus far. I will post before and after photos when the job is completed -- they estimated 30 working days for completion.

They were quick to reply to any questions we had throughout the project. In addition, we got real time updates of the projects through a chat group setup with Michele and team to ensure quick communication with everyone involved.
