The workers are not very safe. Had one drag a barrel from a closed lane across the opened lane without looking for traffic. Why would anyone put their life at risk by doing this? It would have been easier on him and the people traveling if he would have put barrels in the median, or if they would have hooked up to the flashing light lane change trailer and changed the lane that was closed to allow the workers to get barrels on the side of the road without having to step out into traffic. Also when they are working around a major intersection they do not direct traffic to allow everyone to safely navigate the construction equipment and the already very dangerous intersection.

Worse heavy highway site ever! Barrels scattered everywhere including the middle of travel lane, they look like a drunk crack head set them up! Its a shame when a motorist has to stop and drag fallen barrels out of the travel lane
