Our experience with Window World OV was wonderful. The staff all the way from sales, installation, and even post-installation are kind, professional, and helpful. The windows were quality and look great. The prices were also very reasonable. Their employees always seem to try to go out of their way to help you at each step of the process. I would highly recommend Window World OV if you are in the market for new windows.

I have dealt with the Youngstown office for whole house windows replacement and storm and screen door replacement with no problems at all. I moved to Weirton and had the Weirton office replace all windows and a sliding patio door. The man they had actually replacing windows did exceptionally good work. The guy helping ruined my one hardwood floor by dragging a bed on it. If a worker is professional and trained, you’d think they would know to be exceptionally careful when working in n an area with hard wood floors!!!? When I reported the damage to them, the first thing I was told is “in the contract it says we are not responsible for any damages”!!! So they can come in and damage your home in the process of installing windows!!? Then they offered to take $100 off!!! When I told them thats not acceptable either they said to get a quote so I did and it was more in the $1000 range. The scratches can not be fixed without the whole wooden floor being replaced! I’m a single older woman with a disability. I have no way of getting everything out of there! So I couldn’t do it. When it was time to pay the bill nothing was taken off. I will never recommend them to any one again! I did before this all happened to my nephew for some special order windows, which were done by a different business location.
WOW!! now that’s something! Why was I told by the office to have blinds and window treatments down and no mention whatsoever about moving any furniture
I will call Scott tomorrow but the message he left said I was told by him to get 3 estimates when he told me to get one and I most certainly did call him back with the one and told him it would be too hard for me to empty all furniture out of that room.

We had an octagon window just replaced and installed by Shane Cacciacarro. We also had him replace windows in our home last year. His craftmanship and attention to detail is unmatched! The window is absolutely beautiful. Shane treats every job as if he was doing it for his own house. He is very meticulous and professional. He is also very kind and caring. He has been installing windows and doors for many years and his work speaks for itself. What made this job even more impressive was that Shane told us after the completed work, this was his first octagon installation! Absolutely remarkable! Window World has a treasure with Shane! If you need windows or doors installed, ask for Shane. You will be extremely satisfied with the results!

Very impressed with the windows and the worker's that put them in got 11 windows replaced and it took them three hour's to do the job the 3 men had a job to do and did it well. We are very satisfied with the work and the windows they even cleaned up after could not ask for a better job my windows are so much better. I would recommend WW and the estimate they gave me at the end they lowered it ! and to me that was very honest because most places would not do that .

Called and was able to talk to someone right away. They sent a person out to give an estimate. Overall, I didn't think it was a bad price, so I went ahead with getting 5 windows replaced. Half due now and half due when the job was done. The company kept in contact, letting me know the windows were being built, when they were done, when to schedule installation, etc. The tech who installed them was great. Efficient, friendly, and quick. So far, the entire process went smoothly. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

The installers were friendly but they rushed through and didn’t caulk half of the seams. You can feel more cold air flowing in than with the old wooden original windows. I would recommend looking elsewhere

We just had an estimate from Anthony Lombardi, he was very professional & knowledgeable about the products. We ended up buying two windows for our basement & a new energy efficient front entry door. Great experience, thank you Anthony, can’t wait until they come in!
