I have lived here for 3 years now and have never once had a pleasant experience with Rachel. Time after time she has been unpleasant to work with and just flat out rude. If I were this management, I would most certainly not want someone like her representing my customer service line, as I am a paying tenant with concerns who deserve to be heard, not brushed off with a tone and attitude. Especially valid ones like, the water being shut off with no notice, a broken heater for a week(that left me sick), leaky faucets, doors literally falling off their hinges, rotting wood on every thing, and many more things. I do not recommend living here. Rent is rising annually and the quality is not.

Property has really improved over the last year. HVAC systems being replaced is great! They have been fixing up the buildings and apartments a lot! Quiet and best in the area for my needs!

Ryan fixed both toilets, fridge light, and outdoor light between apts. He did a great job. Ryan is

I moved into Willow Ridge Apartments back on March 2016, and I myself haven't had to many problems living here. (Outside the Rent going Up most years.) I find that maintenance has taken care of all required, and the men working for them are more then helpful to residents and to my Handicap self.

The people that live around me are nice and we have a help each other out type of community going on.

The only thing I have a problem with is I was told to not use the Fireplace in my apartment, and I am not allowed to use any longer.

Unprofessional is an understatement the office will tell you what you want to hear. They paint a Rosie picture of what they offer and it’s nothing like you agreed to when you start your lease.
My refrigerator broke it took them three weeks to pull another old one from another appointment. The second one had black mold, the seal was broke and mustard on the shelf the shelves that were made of plastic were cracked and broke In order to keep the door closed I would have to put a chair in front of it. I had Dale look at it his remark “Well its better than what you had”. I lost so much food he and Cynthia both said they weren’t responsible. The third one had spray painted shelves that were pealing. They never cleaned the carpet although they told you they did. I also was sent to collections NOT for rent, but for leaving without notice. I gave a verbal notice and I was going to follow up with a letter of intent. Cynthia told me I didn’t need one. They also took my deposit and extra money I paid on rent. Sent me to collections! I was told that ALL deposits were kept by the previous owners. Isn’t that against the law? That money should have been put in an account and followed the sale. So if they didn’t get the money where did the funds go?

Great staff, some are more direct in their speech than others but I'm kinda like that so I appreciate it, there's less fluff that way.

Office staff: I think they sre very polite. Samantha and Cynthia have been there since I became a tenant and all interactions have been professional and honest. During my entire time a few employees have came and gone. At the time of this review, they are the only ones in the office so be kind, like most places they are understaffed currently.

Maintenance: Polite and gets the job done, doesn't leave a mess. What more could ya ask.

1 assigned parking space per household makes it great for my wife in the cold, dark months of winter.

We have been here almost a year so I figure it was time to write a review. We are in the Willow Park apartments. You can’t beat the price, and while the apartments are older, everything is in good working order. Office and maintenance staff have been pleasant to work with, and anytime we have issues that need to be fixed they get it done! We enjoy living here, it’s very quiet on our side, and we have good neighbors. We also enjoy swimming, the pool is always clean and well kept.

This is not the place for someone trying to find affordable living to call home for more then a few months.. The property management is disconnected from the tenants, and there is minimal communication when a new property management team takes over. After renting an apartment for years and providing ample notice that I was leaving when my lease expired, I received a bill because my deposit was not taken into consideration when I originally signed the lease with the PREVIOUS property manager. I received one bill, and then was sent to collections during the pandemic. Unprofessional, detached, and not easy to do business with.
