Andrew did an amazing job! The new tile turned out wonderful. We were very pleased with White Pickett Renovations communication about the progress of our new flooring and would absolutely use them for other projects.

The ghost contractor: I called this company and talked to a guy on the phone and he stated he would come over to my house the next day after 5 o’clock. The guy never called and did not show up at all. I left a voicemail wondering if he was coming over or not and it’s been 3 days with no response. I’m not impressed by the lack of communication and do not recommend this company unless you feel like being ghosted.

I was really happy to find Andrew and he responded immediately to my initial request. After looking at the house and talking through some options, he said he’d send me an estimate and we could get started. Never heard from him again. I tried reaching him through his website and his voicemail and … nothing. I would have understood if he’d said he couldn’t take my project on (though it was a small project) but instead he ghosted me. My search for a reputable pro to help me with projects continues.

William was exceptional...he went above and beyond the scope of work that was bid. As he was repairing the floor, he discovered the real problem and he sent me pictures and before he repaired the new problems, he asked me if I wanted him to proceed with new repairs. I have already recommended him to 2 of my friends. I will definitely use his services again. Thank you William!!

Andrew was great to work with. He's is meticulous and does not use cheap material. He put in two exterior doors with storm doors an a counter for me. Minimal intrusiveness on my everyday life. Highly recommend.
