I had a what I considered a small mess of a project (nothing to most people but completely out of my wheel house) and needed an Engineered Plan to submit for a Public Works Permit. I was connected to Ryan Andrade and am blown away by the help he gave me. I cannot say enough about Ryan at WCE. We were in a bind & needing a Utility Site Plan for a building renovation. We couldn't find another Civil Engineer who was available & Ryan was able to quickly (within the day!) coordinate with the City & get us what we need in order to get our Permits rolling. He seriously MADE MY DAY & it's so good to find good humans out there. We are beyond grateful & would highly recommend WCE. Thank you!!!

Ray Kimball is the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life. Absolutely disgusting the way he treated an older lady during a Post Falls Zoning and Planning meeting. I can't believe Whipple employees people using such low standards.

Very poor, Engineering staff sign contracts and do not follow through with the time line. Actually conspired with another company to put off completion for contingency on a closing of real estate. This is entail of suit that was initiate of 3 mil in consequential damages. Discrimination against elderly and disabled. Unless you are partners to try and steal some else property Don't hire!!
