I am a general contractor specializing in high-end residential construction and remodeling. I've done business with Westoaks Glass and Mirror, Inc. for nearly 40 years. As far as I am concerned they are the absolute best in the glazing industry. They have done innumerable projects for us, and we've always been very happy with their work and their service. I just had them do a steam shower for a bathroom remodel at my own house. There was a minor problem, but they took care of it the very next working day at no charge to me. That's what I value most about Westoaks Glass and Mirror, Inc. We have a greate relationship, and I know I can count on them to get an outstanding finished product.

Boy…. Are these guys good. Arrived on time, kept my apprised of priced and did an excellent job installing delicate glass in antique wall unit.
I had originally used them to design and install a glass shower door for my elderly mother-in-law. I was concerned about the possibility of a fall in the shower and they designed the perfect remedy. They are my go to glass guys for my home.

I had to get two very high up windows replaced and they figured out a solution to replace the windows without needing an expensive lift to get up to them, very much appreciated! We recently had Westoaks Glass and Mirror replace a small, but difficult to access, window in our master bath. They showed up promptly and were professional with their work.

Another thing I really liked is they really are a Westlake/Thousand Oaks company. Most of the time when you search for a local company, you get a dozen companies who say they're local, but all they really have is a mailbox in a business building.

I don't do reviews often, but when I do it's because the company went above and beyond in customer service. This is what Westoaks Glass and Mirror did for us.
