I contacted Weserner Products by email to see if they could replace my step railings. They replied back in a timely manner and somebody out to give me an estimate. They got back to me within 24 hours with a reasonable price. After i signed the contract and made my deposit, they were out and replaced the steps in a timely manner. The work was done professionally. I couldn't be happier.

Took them 3 weeks to give me a quote on a lean-to which ended up being more than the price of my entire metal building, my house, and my 4 acres combined.

It’s hard to know if they’re just incompetent or actually trying to be insulting.

Rather than disrespecting your customers, you could just decline the project.

All work was completed as request and workmanship was excellent. Our screened room looks great and we have gotten a lot of compliments. Work area was cleaned up each day. Would definitely recommend.

I waited over 4 months for a car port and porch reconstruction and in the end asked for my money back because they could not get all the awning material to do my job. They did fix my roof, removing my temporary covering, but failed to recover the area over my dining table so of course when it rained hard over New Years, I had a major flood in my park model leaving me with molded interior wall and bad ceiling staining which they did nothing to make this right.

I visited this location because they have a Penske kiosk inside. I was turning my truck in. It appears they are contractors and can do a wide variety of work on homes. The staff was very friendly and helpful! If I am in need of a contractor, or another Penske Rental, I will be visiting this location again and highly recommend them!

Just had Westerner construct a Pergola at my house.
Terrific service.
Good price,arrived and completed on time,professional workers,careful clean up......could not ask for better service and quality!!

They never called us there were supposed to be here on Thursday the 29th and I had to call the office to see when they were coming out so therefore I have to do cancel a fishing tournament because they didn't have the professional business qualities to call us and let us know that they're know that we're going to be here
