We were very pleased with the work from Western Outdoor & Build. We started our outdoor project with 3 bids and thought that the bid provided by Joseph G. our designer was fair in price and looked amazing in the mock-ups provided by his team. The process was described very well by Joseph and the timeline was quite accurate in terms of the demolition and build. Joseph's vision was great and the final product turned out even better than the mock ups.

Our project manager was Victor C. He was extremely knowledgable and patient. I would contact him frequently as I wasn't on site everyday and he was always very kind and prompt with his responses. His team lead by Jesus, Carlos, Angel, William, and Juan were terrific. They are extremely hard workers and deserve praise as well for how hard they work.

I will also specify that Western did the hardscape and softscape for us as well as adding some additional plants around the house and topping off some mulch as well.

I initially had a countertop, BBQ island, media wall etc that they were going to do as well but switched gears during the renovation and hired different subcontractors to help with the electrical work, Naturkast cabinetry, Dekton countertops, and pergola assembly. I have to thank Joseph and his team as they were accommodating and credited me back some funds for these various things. I know they would have done a good job too but I was using products that they were not accustomed to using. I really appreciate how they didn't push back and agreed with the modifications because they also felt like the project would look great with these changes.

Once again, can't thank them enough. Joseph G. and Victor C were my main contacts but all of the rest of the team is fantastic as well.

We had Western Outdoor help us redesign and implement a new hardscape with plants and firepit along the entire west side of our house. It was done as part of a larger house expansion project. Ed, Victor, and team were great throughout the entire process, always making time to talk through our design interests, make adjustments as needed, and deal with any issues during installation. Turned out beautiful and has transformed our property. Great job guys!

We began the process of remodeling a back yard with a significant slope several years ago. After meeting with a half-dozen design and build companies and just not feeling completely comfortable with anyone, we happened upon an ad from Western Design. We were immediately impressed with Greg and Tony's ability to create a design within realistic budgetary limits, their creativity in finding solutions for design challenges while maintaining compliance with permitting and safety requirements, and their patience as we finalized initial designs. More importantly, Greg proved to be approachable and easy to work with, and we immediately felt comfortable trusting him with an extensive landscape project. We recently had the pleasure of working with Western Outdoor, and we couldn’t be happier with the transformation they brought to our bare landscape. From the very beginning, designer Craig took our ideas and rough outline and turned our bare outdoors into a stunning mini resort.

I spent a considerable amount of time preparing for a complete renovation of my backyard. I met with several contractors before deciding on Western Outdoor. Were they the cheapest-NO! Were they the best value-ABSOLUTELY! From development of the bid to execution and at every step along the way they were timely, professional and responsive. The Project Manager Chilo was the best and was very easy to work with. His primary crew Luis and Miguel worked feverishly to deliver a quality product in a timely fashion. My project involved complete demo to a total rebuild. Drainage, lighting, sprinklers, pavers etc. i have to also say that their paver work is second to none. My yard is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend them.
