Built us a home back in 1997 and did a good job overall. Contracted with them to build us another one. They currently are a month to two months behind on the completion date they originally gave us. Haven't had a sub onsite for a month now. When you call in to talk to them they say they are working on it and will call me back with info. They have returned my call one time. Asked for a schedule a week ago; still nothing.
Yet their prices keep going up, they keep taking contracts & deposits when they can't get the homes they already have done on time.

Where to start...my house just got "completed" 2018 about 2 weeks ago. I am missing screens on my windows, i have a stress crack in my kitchen window that grows everyday, STILL missing a deadbolt to my garage! STILL have the wrong tile in my bathroom! They said they have to "investigate" how the wrong tile got put in. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU INVESTIGATING? FOR 2 MONTHS I'VE BEEN TOLD THIS!...and nothing has been done about the tile....lets continue...my utility closet door (as we speak) it blowing open and shut slamming into the house as the wind blows because it wasn't set right (haven't slept in 3 nights because of this) the closet was never completed itself and has gaps in the drywall so any bug or small mouse can find it's way in there, that's pretty cool, grout in shower is already showing cracks and I won't even get started on the grout job in general (crappy).

It's been over two years and still not completed to move in. Very disgusted and disappointed with all of this. People there have no counciuous or remorse for clients.

Western Homes built our house in 2000. We had one small problem with one of the contractors, which was resolved. Our home is square and tight, and after 17 years we are happy with it and satisfied.

I won't go into detail about the home this company built for me, read their reviews on Yelp as they are pretty on par with my experience.

Brinker Construction and GJ Gardner also build homes on your lot. In hindsight I wish I would have used either.

Just a word about the 36 week average completion date. Don't expect it! Ours was completed in 48 which was way more than what we were told in the beginning. During one period of time, no one was on site for 6 weeks.
We found this unacceptable. Overall, I am pleased with my home but the customer service was lacking.

Went into a Western Home not yet complete, way behind schedule, subcontractor work so bad owners have to hire to have work done again at their own expense, i would never use them.
