If there was less than one start I would given this unprofessional place!!! My mother’s appointment was at 3:00pm September 5th, we checked in at 2:40pm, waited half an hour in the lobby before we called. Once we were in, they put as in a room and said to wait! We waited another hour there and when it was 5:40 I told them that we have been waiting for almost 3 hours now and then the lady came, her name was Marlinda or something. She came to check up on us and she check the computer and said oh, we are sorry the phone guy have scheduled you for a different reason rather than schedule you for a a deep clean which was the reason why we went there she said I will schedule you for another appointment which was in September 20, I asked her if there is any sooner appointment available since we waited 22 days for this appointment and you want us to wait for another 20 days!!! She said she cannot help us. Plus I was not the only one!!!!!!! There were 4 more patients who were waiting with us in the lobby and she told them that they have to reschedule!! I really wanted to complain about this situation and unprofessionalism and of course that was the last day of me and my mom going there!!! I will never ever recommend this place to nobody!! I hope my voice reach the upper team and take action!!!
