James Smithey, Dustin Stewart, and Charlie Rich were excellent. Our floors were covered to prevent dirt. Cleaned up thoroughly after work was completed. They explain exactly what they were doing every step of the build. The job exceeded our expectations. They were all very courteous.
This is a 1930s farm house with an ancient bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. Thank you.

WOW…!! Josh and Develon..was FABULOUS, did a great job of installing my Shower, taking great care of my property too. They were friendly and professional, explaining what they were doing before I “signed” the iPad to get started and even to end the job.

They sent two crews out at the same time. Jevon was wonderful helping us design our new bathtubs and Steven, Jeff, A.J.and Donovan worked their magic making it a reality! This was my second bath remodel that West Shore has done for us.
The first one was great.
I called the sales representative back out (Benjamin Salters) and he got everything set up for the second bath remodel.
The techs that came out James Smithey and Sean Jackson did a great job.
They had to build a wall after removing the old neo angle shower I installed 12 years ago. The shower, vanity, commode and new flooring they installed look really good.
We love it.
