so i called the store for a specific anchor chain (tho only store in FL that's holding)! A couple of sales associates "Katie" and another young Gentlemen helped me out. the service and knowledge was just outstanding, and with a great attitude to boot! i have to say, this retired firefighter/oupv skipper sure appreciated their level!

I delivered to West Marine with an 18 wheeler today and I would like to thank Mike and David for their help unloading! I was scheduled for 08:30am and was a little early but that was not a problem. They have 2 dock doors that face S Carolinda, and you should back up to the west dock, the one on the end, closest to the driveway behind the building (however you want to put it- see photo). That's what I did after Mike came out to break my seal. Backed in, and went around behind the dock to walk inside for unloading. The guys couldn't have been any happier to explain what to do and then to actually do it! After delivery I pulled out to shut the doors and David came out to seal me for the next store delivery. Easy peasy. Directions:from i95 exit 79 PGA blvd go east to US hwy 1. T/R onto US hwy 1 and then turn right before the Marathon gas station on the right (2nd right comes up quickly). That's S Carolinda. Go almost to the end and get in the left turn lane to go behind the building. The 2 docks you see ahead of you is where you will back in for West Marine. My truck turns poorly so I drove behind it and jacked-backed to the dumpsters then headed back towards where I came in to get it straightened up to back in (like a 3 point turn in drivers ed). When leaving I went left right left. Left on S Carolinda and right at the immediate stop sign. Then get in the left turn lane for PGA Blvd and get in the right lane (3rd from center of road) to get back to i95. Both interstate ramps are on the right. Thanks!
