If you're looking to build a new home, you absolutely HAVE to work with Wesenberg Homes. We built a home with a completely customized floor plan (featuring a separate apartment within the ranch-style home) and they were amazing to work with. It can be an overwhelming process with a lot of choices, but they are so good at helping to narrow down and make your vision come to life. You can tell they take great pride in their work and are genuinely excited right along with you. I kept it fairly "chill" from a design perspective... but I have no doubt that if I wanted to do something totally off the wall, they would've figured out how to make it work.

The detail work that you can see on the outside is beautiful, but what I love even more is that I know that the quality and care placed in building the "behind-the-scenes" bones of the house are exceptional. I feel safe and secure.

Although I don't plan on moving any time soon because I love my house too much — I still follow along to see their new projects because it's always so beautiful and unique. It's definitely worth reaching out to them for a conversation!

As a very recent purchaser of a Wesenberg Home, I can convey I have been exceptionally satisfied with the buying experience. From first contact all the way through closing and service follow-up, the Wesenberg team has been very easy to work with and very responsive. Not knowledgeable of the latest interior design trends? No problem. Wesenberg Homes has a full time interior designer (Claire) who will help you choose fashionable fixtures and finishes that are in style and will stand the test of time. Want some customization of a spec home? Again, not a problem, with very fair up-charge costs to get the personalization you seek. And despite one of the toughest building seasons in memory due to an exceptionally snowy Winter and wet Spring, they found a way to get it done on time, and with great quality of execution. All the contractors I met on site, be it HVAC, finish carpenters, painters, concrete masons, etc were all amazingly experienced (20+ yrs) who knew how to get it right the first time, and worked their tails off to make it happen on time.

And when things needed a tweak, their service team (Clint) was there pronto to make it right. Bright, modern, and a place that felt like home from the day we moved in, very happy with our purchase decision.
