If there is a no star, I would give them that. This is the worst contractor that I have ever dealt with, and I dealt with many contractors on re-modeling projects for my 4 properties in the past 25 years.
Called them if they are interested to quote for a major re-modeling project and they said yes, they can do this project. Set up the appointment then follow up with voicemail and text multiple times to confirm the day before, but no response until the night before from Sales lady saying the "boss" is busy and can't make it, need to re-schedule 2 days after.
They showed up for the walkthrough 2 days after and I found them to have very little knowledge of construction since they struggle to understand the scope of the remodel. May be there is a communication issue, but I can tell that, they don't know what they are doing. However, they said they can do everything I ask in my scope and promise me the quote in 1 week, so I gave them a chance. One week goes by without the quote and without any communication, so I repeatedly called and texted them if they are still intent to quote. Finally, Sales called back and asking for one more week because the boss is busy. She even admits that she does not know anything and ask me to write the scope for her and set up a meeting with me and the boss to go over the scope. After several postponement, the meeting is finally set, but then I arrived the boss is busy and cannot attend the meeting and she asked me to go over the scope I wrote with her. I went through the scope, and she seems completely lost and don't have a clue on any construction work. I was very patient all along but at this point, I stood up and walked. Then she held me back and went in her boss office to come out and talk to me. I told him that I need to decide in selecting my contractor and asked if they are interested in this work. He said yes, they can do it and will get me the quote by the weekend. Again, cricket, nothing, no communication.
What a waste of my time. DO NOT USE this people. They have absolutely no clue in construction, both the boss and the Sales team. Absolutely poor in communication, have no knowledge in construction and plainly lie to your face.
I'm glad that I did not choose them, who knows what happened after I put down my deposit since they can’t even manage the quoting stage.
