He uses quality material and is meticulous while working. He gives estimated time frames for jobs and always has exceeded and excelled with anything he has done for us. Michael has done quite a few jobs for me including a complete re-do of my shower. It is beautiful! The tile work is perfect. He has also done flooring...I believe that he can do anything! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing home renovations.

Last year I received a recommendation from a friend to call Mike Welch for repair on my wooden deck. I called Mike and left a message regarding the work and the repairs I needed. Mike returned my call promptly and set up a time to come to my home and give me an estimate. I was so happy that Mike was at my home on the day and time that we had set up. The quality of his work is excellent and you can see that he takes personal pride in his work. There were some updates I was hoping to make and Mike worked with me to come up with solutions that now look amazing and are much more functional.

A few months later I noticed a significant problem with some unnoticed rotting wood supporting a very large window. I called him and we set up a time, and again, he was there at the agreed upon time. He repaired the window beautifully and in a timely manner.
