The ladies that answer the phones at the water utility front desk are extremely rude and un professional. They have been known to hang up on people and been known to hide fees from customers .The ONLY one who is ever nice her name is Sue she's absolutely amazing very kind very understanding and will work with you if you happen to ever get a shut off notice every account is different she can't do it for everyone but sometimes has been known to give a slight extension in rough times. She's an amazing person
