I do not like speaking negative on local businesses, but I am extremely dissapointed with our experience with Weber. We hired Weber to come work on our heater.. and the company’s workers “claimed they cleaned our heater” when my husband came from work there was soot all over our heater. Most of the time they were at our home, they were messing with our dogs & our hamster. I only saw them working for 30 minutes. & they keep making comments on how in the 30 years that they had worked they had never seen a heater like ours. A couple of days after they had worked on our heater our house blew up! Thankfully there was no one in the house at that time & no injuries. I can’t imagine what it would have happened if one of us was in there. They still charged us $400 for all of the “work” they supposedly did on our heater. After that my husband called Weber & instead of apologizing or trying to work with us he said we would be hearing from his lawyers. I am very dissapointed in this company & the way we have been treated. Note: This hasn’t been the first time this has happened to someone, there’s a second house who’s attic caught on fire around this area because of Weber. We are having to deal with paying for Weber’s service, but also trying to get new heating for our home and fixing the damage from our house being blown up.

The HVAC arrived when they said it would and the installation team gave prompt and professional service. I appreciated the professional service from the whole Weber team. My wife and I recently woke up in the morning to no heat. We called Weber's and they sent out a technician right away. Our technician was Dustin Rodenberg. Dustin diagnosed the problem and got our furnace up and running promptly. We were very satisfied with Dustin's friendly and quality service!
