Amazing service time off the bat, I called them 45 minutes before they closed on Friday and dropped it off right before they closed, first thing Monday morning I get a call saying it's ready for pick up. Completely honest and transparent the entire way through about realistic timeline of when it will get done and how much it was going to be. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I have used Webb's for a few projects now and it's hit and miss with this shop sometimes. Jim is always friendly, and they always pick up the phone, but it's a small town business with some of the help seeming to practice more than know what they are doing. I'm pretty sure I can tell when Jim's the one doing the work for me, it's good stuff. I'm just being honest here. If you need something done, when the minute comes that Jim said he would call you back, you better be calling him, because he isn't calling you, that's been my experience. After I've called a few times he's very responsive. My projects usually run a week behind with this shop.

The welds they did on my boat were terrible, looked like his grandson did the work. Otherwise, the only complaint I have is that they answer their own phones -> no assistant. They frequently get pulled off jobs to come out and do quotes, etc. They really need someone at the desk answering phones and keeping the paperwork straight. So, you tack on a few bucks to the job to hire someone that can take care of the things you're not so good at, like staying focused and getting back to people.

Like I said, I've had several jobs done at this shop now, and I mostly get good results. BUT, I almost didn't come back here after they worked on my boat. They did a great job on the cooler mount bracket for the back of the boat later on. We'll see how the trailer tube bracket turns out today.
