Our builder installed the first door. The side lite panel was a different color than the main door. The transom window was foggy in between the panes and there was no trim strip applied on the interior of the transom to cover up nicks and scratches. Highly disappointed in the install workmanship and questioned why the door was even installed. We also had issues with the top portion of the door closing, plus it squeaked. The builder called the Waudena sales rep, Craig and he came out to inspect the door. He immediately said they had to remake the door and submitted the paperwork to do so. In the meantime, he adjusted it so the door would at least close for the winter months. Roughly 3 months later, Craig scheduled an install date and he personally wanted to do the install to make sure it was done perfectly and that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Craig was here three hours, worked efficiently and was very meticulous in his work. He made sure protection material was laid so nothing was damaged and cleaned up after himself. I asked him how a door could leave the plant with the side light being a different color than the main door plus a transom window being foggy. I guess two inspection points were missed, one on Waudena and one on our builder. This could have been completely avoided and caused us a lot of headache. But in the end, Craig made it right. The door is beautiful and it closes smoothly. Thank you, Craig!

We bought three doors for our house that were made by Waudena. We love them and get many compliments on them. They are so solid and weatherproof. They made our house looks so much more modern. When we get replacement windows, I will also get them from Waudena.

Hello, I got a call from Roger from Waudena doors this morning and said he was heading my way with the replacement doors. Thankfully our doors were perfect no issues this time. He got them in so quickly and noticed one was creaking. So told me about using a candle on the hinge, so I quickly got one and he applied the wax to all three hinges and the squeak was gone! Plus he told me it would be best to have a door stopper on the bottom also of our door. He offered to put it on for me, but I didn't have one, but will to protect the door more. He also fixed our other doors that had marks on them with the touch up paint he left for me. Also told me how to apply with a very tiny brush.
Roger did a great job and really cares about making it perfect for his customers. I did reward him with some freshly baked chocolate chip raisin oatmeal cookies. Roger gets 5 stars plus!! I really appreciate how he cares!

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. We purchased a double door from Waudena in early 2023. The absolutely worst customer service. It’s completely defective, ice/moisure forming all over and cold air pours in. Our contractor has contacted them several times. When they do finally respon, they lie. Say parts are ordered and that we will hear from someone. Months later, nothing! They provided a warranty number that doesn’t even exist. Complete fraud and we will be pursuing legal action at this point. Avoid this company at all costs!

Beautiful, sturdy door system installed with direct side lite glass panels. The pricing was phenomenal compared to competitors. Pay for installation and you won't regret it.

Full glass entry door with side lol full side lights. The finish is terrible with obvious spot touch ups, the exterior moulding was packaged wet and the finish peeled off when it was installed. I was told by installer they had ordered replacement and would be back to install it so I signed off on the install. There was no replacement and I never heard from them again. Home Depot said I signed off on it so it is not their problem.

But the biggest problem is that the interior insulation around the glass is seeping out all around the edges. Contact Home Depot repeatedly and after 6 weeks got a Waudena representative at my house saying the door was put together wrong, that insulation does not need to be there and to just cut it off as it seeps out. He cut off the parts visible that day but it continues to seep out and looks terrible. Contacted Waudena directly who confirmed that shouldn’t be happening but I have to go through the Home Depot representative to address it. Called Home Depot again and they said they would notify the Waudena representative who never responded. So my $9,000 entry system is garbage and already looks like it needs to be replaced at 5 months with no recourse through Waudena or Home Depot to fix it.

I will never purchase anything again from either again and am still considering a lawsuit.

Another warranty claim being filled out as we speak - First it was rusting hinges on brand new doors and now the paint is coming off just cleaning them with water. Recommended? Absolutely not.
