I can’t recommend this company enough!! They did an awesome job re-paving our driveway. They were professional and efficient. The owner was easy to communicate with and always promptly returned my phone calls or texts. The best part was their pricing. They blew the other competition out of the water with their quote. My review is not about the business as a whole. My review here is about one of their service people. Tonight I went for a 10 minute Chiropractic appointment at the joint In the Camden Avenue lucky's shopping center, San Jose. I followed the signs and drove into the open driveway behind the car pulling in in front of me. There was limited parking and the customer in the car in front of me pulled in to one of the spots I pulled into the other. When I left My appointment to go to my car, This huge parking lot was open with space, with the exception of a few other customers. One of this company's workers parked a huge piece of equipment directly behind my car trapping me into a very small space where there was no way for me to get my car out. This was blatantly done on purpose. There was no reason to do this. I was stuck in the shopping center and had to walk all the way over to where I saw men that looked like workers. I politely asked the man if he could please move this huge piece of equipment so I could get my very small car out of the parking space. The man replied to me that we (all the customers) are all very lucky that they didn't have our cars towed away. I told the man that the driveway was open and it said keep to the right and that I parked right next to the other customers in the open spaces where all the other people were parked. This man was very rude and completely unprofessional. I am a hard worker myself and I can appreciate other people's time but there is no need to be this rude to people. It looks like this business has plenty of great reviews for their services and that's great but this experience was terrible. I am a nice person and there's no need to treat people this way.

We had a terrible time finding anyone who would repave our driveway until we contacted Watsonville Grading & Excavation. It took a little while for them to work us into their schedule since our house is so remote, but they did a great job for a great price. Super nice people and our new driveway makes our place look so much better!

I used them for a modest paving project to complete a curb area and area around an existing concrete driveway. They removed old and rough existing asphalt area and added new asphalt. They added a drain and contoured the areas nicely for drainage
The crew was timely, hard working and attentive to my input.
They fit my job into space between other projects and finished within just over one week of my contact. They have the equipment.to do big projects and I appreciate they took this on.
Matt was out.within a.day of.my first.contact and gave.a.rough quote. I added to the scope so the cost.increased some. Overall I think it was a fair price for the work performed.

I am very pleased with Watsonville Grading. They just finished paving our Private Road and it turned out pretty awesome. Matt is very easy to get a hold of and is very responsive both by phone and email. You won't get a better bang for your buck. I will definitely be recommending Matt and his crew to those I know.

I have watched many paving companies and had friends working for paving companies I’ve looked closely there’s only one that seems to really keep things clean the
others look like sloppy hacks in my book. There is only one paving company in Santa Cruz County for small jobs they have a family history of perfection
