I reached out to to other pool contractors to help fix a crack in the bottom of an old pool. The other contractors wanted to demo the pool and replace everything. Norm came out to my place and diagnosed the issue, worked on the solution to plug the crack, and got it fixed on time. In the process, he fixed up my pump, salt water salination system and got the pool looking absolutely spotless.
