I have been impressed with Water Wells throughout the whole process . (We had to have a well abandonment done.)
My first phone call with Ann was pleasant, thorough and so very informative. Ann requested the necessary information and photos . Communication was prompt . A quote was sent . Within a week the actual abandonment began.
Michael and Kal arrived on time and got right to work. Each one explained what was happening and why. I truly appreciated their extra time and willingness to explain what was happening each step of the way. I learned a lot about the process but also about this fifth generation company.
In addition to their obvious expertise, they also were personable, friendly and kind. Michael and Kal also cleaned up the area when they were done, leaving the yard looking good .

We had Waterwells over to have a filter plumbed in to our system. In the course of a thorough inspection, several problems were identified—aging pump, malfunctioning pressure gauge and a leaky pressure tank. Michael and Kel explained options, and we elected to rectify all the issues. They were able to fix everything that same day. They are knowledgeable, friendly and patient with their explanations. After our well ran dry of water in the middle of January, we called Ann. We were immediately impressed with her knowledge and great clarity of our situation. We ended up having to drill a new well . Mike is equally impressive in his knowledge and problem solving skills. They are both honest, clear and have great follow-through. Spoke with Ann and told her that our well had zero PSI and that I thought it had froze given the subzero temperatures. Due to the fact that it was a Friday night, Ann walked my husband through the steps on how to fix it himself rather than send someone out to work on it. Stellar service! I called Water Wells when my well pump was short cycling all night. Michael came out the next day (super nice guy!) and ran a diagnostic check. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and going over my options with me.

I had him out again a few days later to replace the well tank (because the bladder in the old one had burst). He and a fellow crewman gave me a courtesy call an hour before, arrived on time, and did beautiful work (replaced the well tank, updated the piping, and put wiring in a conduit box). Highly recommend this company!

This company has such an amazing team who really know their well business. Michael came to inspect our private well (40+ year old) and take water samples. Michael then provided us with an estimate to replace pressure tank, well pump and well cap. Within a week, we were scheduled for all the needed upgrades to our well plus a chlorination. Michael and Kjell worked so well together that they got the job very quickly and efficiently. We are happy with the work they did. All of them (Ann, Michael and Kjell) are extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining things to us. We highly recommend Water Wells Inc for all your WELL needs.

We have a artesian well. The pump went out. We called a local plumbing co to replace it. They did middle of June 2024, but the well was leaking. We contacted a different plumbing contractor. They couldn't stop it either. Then we found Water Wells. They came and looked at it. Gave us an estimate. Did the work a couple of days later, fixed the problem inside the well, then capped the artesian well. No water coming out. It was nice not see water coming out of well every day. Can't begin to thank you enough. The first day without water running out of our well was this last Mon Oct 21st. 2024 Hurrah for Water Wells
