There aren't enough positive things we can say about our experience with Washa Remodeling. We did what is (for us) a large remodel project- living room, kitchen, cedar ceiling install and several other accompanying projects like door replacements, wood flooring, etc. The lead carpenter was excellent and took great care to make sure everything was completed with precision. The work and the design incorporation was excellent. The whole team was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and well coordinated. We're very much looking forward to having Washa handle our next remodel project.

Washa Remodeling saved us from the fiasco created by the first company we hired to put a bathroom in the basement bedroom and redo the bedroom itself. The previous company had started a year and a half earlier by putting up framing with a bathroom floor plan that did not meet city codes. They never finished and we had to go to small claims to get our money back. Adam from Washa gave us a quote that was higher than the one we had, but, obviously, it was necessary to do the job correctly. Steve Wineland, the site manager, is tops in the trade. We have had a lot of construction work at our home and our business and Steve is the best. The subcontractors were also outstanding. The flooring was delayed in arriving due to covid, but that was the only problem. The room and bathroom look amazing. We are going to start our next project very soon of remodeling our existing bathroom configuration on the first floor. I would recommend Washa for any project even if their price is somewhat higher because they are professionals, and, you get what you pay for.

We just got done remodeling our kitchen and it turned out to be beautiful and more practical to use with a lot more cupboards and counterspace to use. Our Lead Carpenter has been with the company for over 40 years and I tell you he really knows what he is doing to take care of problems that arise during the construction project and their interior design planners really work with you to figure out a plan that you would be happy with. I would recommend Washa Remodeling and Design to anybody that needs construction work done after they had remodeled our Bathroom a few years ago and especially just doing our kitchen remodel.

After having a water leak in our home we needed drywall, paint, trim, and carpet redone. On top of that work, we opted to add a window into our walkout basement as well. The WASHA team was timely with communication and made it easy for us to understand the timeline as we moved forward with the project.

The work we had done is top notch and we have gotten lots of compliments on it already. We dealt with a small group of people that we saw multiple times and trusted in and around our home, children, and pets.

We cant recommend them highly enough and hope you choose to go with WASHA too, because you'll certainly be satisfied

We had 4 bathrooms remodeled by Washa. Sarah is an amazing designer, giving us gentle suggestions and options and always listening to our design style. Josh is an excellent project manager. He is very quick in responding to emails and questions. We added, several times, other projects to our original plan which they were open to and flexible with. Washa is professional, responsible and always friendly and open to suggestions and concerns. Highly recommend this company.

We are thrilled with our new kitchen. As with all home remodeling projects there were a few bumps along the way, but there's no doubt that the team at Washa took care of us every step of the way. Our lead carpenter, Zach was an absolute joy to work with - extremely pleasant, and beyond easy to work with, not to mention one of the most talented trim carpenters out there. We consider ourselves lucky. We had other companies quote our project and Washa was the only one who was willing and able to determine if we would be able to square off an area of our kitchen to give us the space we needed for a full rectangular island, and patio door leading to our deck. What was once an extremely stressful living area of our home has now become one of the most joyful, even with everyone in it all at the same time. Thank you, Washa Remodeling!!
